Pathways to Graduation, a New York City Department of Education high school program, wanted to showcase the work of their teachers and staff on a year-long professional development project. The video was used internally as a way of celebrating the hard work and effectiveness of their efforts through interviews with staff and students.
We received feedback that the video was not only a great chance for teachers to showcase their newfound pedagogical acumen, but also served as morale booster throughout the school.
We were challenged with interviewing over twenty students and staff in a one day shoot and incorporated behind the scenes production shots to add interest.
